KMN Holdings invests in the retail, financial, real-estate and services sectors through subsidiaries held by Isal Amlat, a public company (81%).
 
In the retail sector, KMN holds New Pharm (together with Hamashbir Hechadash LeZarchan), engaging in the sale of pharmaceutical and natural products, cosmetics and convenience products; the German company Franz Kalff, engaging in trade, design, marketing and sales of first-aid kits, safety products and convenience accessories for the elderly to major marketing chains and automobile manufacturers; and Empire Petroleum Holdings, engaging in the distribution of fuels to fuel stations along the east coast of the United States.
 
In the financial sector, KMN operates, through KMN Capital, in the Life Settlements sector in the United States. KMN Capital is managed by Dr. Abraham Ortal, who is also KMN’s V.P. for International Business Development.
 
In the services sector, KMN holds Trendline (together with the Yifat Group), engaging in the supply of software-integrated information systems to the capital market and the general public. KMN also holds Celadon Laboratories, which supplies repair services for cellular handsets and sells cellular handsets, replacement parts and accessories.
